A logical page level is determined by its relation to the start page in the family
tree.
The page www.mtuba4u.co.za/index.htm
is our start page. This page is also often called a home page, as most home buttons take
one to a logical starting point.
The logical levels and the directory structure are not the same and should not be
confused with each other. The directory structure is how things are grouped for saving
data, keeping related items together. |
The block of links highlighted in pale blue on the left
are all on the same logical level in the navigation table and the table of contents. The
second block which has a clear background are all on the same logical level as the
current page.
The second pale blue block allows you to
- Go to the logical page on the left of the current page labeled previous
- Go to our home page, labeled Discover Mtubatuba
- Go to the parent logical level labeled upper level
- Go to the logical page on the right of the current page labeled next
The next set in a clear background are all in the parent or upper logical level of the
current page.
Items may be related and thus placed in the same directory, but they may be on very
different logical levels in the information family tree..
The underlined words are links to pages. if you have visited a page it may be shown in
a different colour.
We have arranged our data in a logical fashion grouping individual items into
categories then grouping the categories in to super groups.

We use a family tree type organogram to keep track of our
information flow, this makes data mining a lot simpler for you.
Reader's digest book titled "Word Power
Dictionary" defines navigate as a verb

form of transport "

need. After all you are here to find information... so these tips will help you and make
your experience at our site more pleasant.
Nearly every page will have a navigation bar like the one above on the left hand side
of this page. |
